2. Services We Provide
We specialise in plumbing and drainage services, including (but not limited to):
Emergency plumbing call-outs (24/7)
Leak detection & repairs
Blocked toilets, sinks, showers, and drains
Installation and repair of taps, showers, valves, and appliances
Hot & cold water systems (cylinders, tanks, immersion heaters)
Service availability may vary by location (Swindon, SN postcodes, Bournemouth, and surrounding areas).
3. Booking & Appointments
All appointments must be booked via phone, email, or our website contact form.
We aim to provide accurate time slots but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic, emergencies, and other unforeseen delays.
Emergency call-outs are prioritised and may incur higher charges.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices will be confirmed at the time of booking or after on-site inspection.
Emergency, out-of-hours, and bank holiday rates may apply.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfer.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
If our engineer arrives and is unable to access the property, a call-out charge may apply.
6. Guarantees & Liability
All general plumbing work carried out by us is guaranteed for 12 months from the service date (unless otherwise stated).
Blockage Services Guarantee: All drain, toilet, sink, and pipe blockage clearances come with a 7-day (1 week) guarantee. If the same blockage reoccurs in the same location within 7 days, we will return free of charge to clear it again.
Guarantees do not cover: misuse, third-party interference, pre-existing faults, foreign objects being placed into the system, or natural wear and tear.
We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of income, water damage beyond our control, or delays caused by third parties.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and must disclose relevant information (e.g., known issues, asbestos, hidden pipes).
7. Emergencies
In emergencies, we prioritise rapid response. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage occurring prior to our arrival.
8. Access & Safety
Customers must provide clear access to the affected area.
For health and safety reasons, our engineers may refuse work if conditions are unsafe.
9. Data Protection
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and [Cookie Policy].
10. Complaints
We take complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with our service:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
